This document explains how to request a license for your Mendix application and invite colleagues to your company license.
Enterprise user
An enterprise user is a user that is a member of an enterprise license. An enterprise admin invites users to become a member of the enterprise license.
Please note that you can only invite users that have already registered in ACR.
ACR landing page
A licensed user has the opportunity to ask his enterprise admin to license one of his projects. For this purpose, he clicks on Can’t find your App?
After clicking Can’t find your App?, the user must choose the application he wants to license.
Application license request
By clicking the Request license for selected app button, the request will be sent out to the enterprise admin. The admin will receive an email.
If the user is a member of multiple enterprise licenses, a choice will be presented for which license to apply for, and the license request email will be sent after the choice.
The user can find all his requests in the request overview by clicking My license requests in his menu.
A new request can be made from this dialog as well.
A request can be deleted as long as the request status is open.
You can also invite your colleagues to the enterprise license of your organization by clicking invite team member.
