On entity records you can configure an xPath, sort, limit and offset for the query to be performed on that entity. Entity records are per user because different users are expected to have different roles and see different data.
When you scan for the first time and entity records do not exist they are created with default values. Later you can fine tune if you setup a security test database.
The last column indicates if the entity was seen in the last scan. So if an entity is deleted from the model you see here an ‘Old’ and you can manually delete the configuration record.
You can disable a certain entity from being scanned.
