This meant they could not benefit from the direct download method that was then only using the CLEVR special user. That is why we added the functionality to add your own special user account to your ACR license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An enterprise admin has the permission to add a custom special user to the license:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"975\" height=\"267\" src=\"https:\/\/sdf-docs.clevr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-42.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2552\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sdf-docs.clevr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-42.png 975w, https:\/\/sdf-docs.clevr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-42-480x131.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 975px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>After adding a new username, you can select the user and click <strong>Change secret<\/strong>. It shows the time when you last changed that specific secret. If the field is empty, no secret is configured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following dialog pops up:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"912\" height=\"540\" src=\"https:\/\/sdf-docs.clevr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-43.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2553\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sdf-docs.clevr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-43.png 912w, https:\/\/sdf-docs.clevr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-43-480x284.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 912px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>By selecting the type, updating the secret, and clicking change, you update the secret for that specific type. Please note that these are not mutually exclusive, you can configure a <strong>Password, API key, and Personal Access Token<\/strong> for each special user:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. The <strong>password<\/strong> is the actual password you use to log into the Mendix account. You need the password to use the <strong>direct download<\/strong> in combination with the <strong>SVN<\/strong> source control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. The <strong>Personal Access Token (PAT)<\/strong> is needed to use the <strong>direct download<\/strong> in combination with the <strong>Git<\/strong> source control. You can generate a <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.mendix.com\/apidocs-mxsdk\/mxsdk\/setup-your-pat\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/docs.mendix.com\/apidocs-mxsdk\/mxsdk\/setup-your-pat\/\">PAT<\/a> in the warden app. The token needs at least:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"975\" height=\"415\" src=\"https:\/\/sdf-docs.clevr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-44.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2554\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sdf-docs.clevr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-44.png 975w, https:\/\/sdf-docs.clevr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-44-480x204.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 975px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>3. The <strong>API Key<\/strong> is needed to gain access to app information and for usage in the CI\/CD module.
