The enterprise admin can invite users, that have to approve themselves to become a member of the enterprise license. An enterprise admin can also add projects by project id. More often, users will request the enterprise admin to add their project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Menu\">Menu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>An enterprise admin can reach the enterprise he would like to manage by clicking <em>Enterprise licenses <\/em>from the menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"352\" height=\"593\" src=\"https:\/\/sdf-docs.clevr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-41.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2547\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sdf-docs.clevr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-41.png 352w, https:\/\/sdf-docs.clevr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-41-178x300.png 178w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 352px) 100vw, 352px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In this case, the admin is the admin of several licenses. He can also handle requests and invitations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Add-project\">Add app<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>By clicking the <em>Add app <\/em>button, a popup will appear. An application can be added by its <em>Mendix project ID.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Enterprise-user-tab\">Enterprise user tab<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>On the <em>Enterprise user<\/em> tab, the admin will find all licensed users in his license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By clicking the <em>Add user <\/em>button, a popup will appear. A user can be added by his email address<em>. <\/em>After clicking the <em>Add user button, <\/em>an invitation will be created, and an email with a confirmation link will be sent out to the user. An invitation will expire automatically by the end of the third day. All invitations can be found on the invitations tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please note that you can only invite users that have already registered in ACR. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Special user tab<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Here you can configure your special user. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Invitations-tab\">Invitations tab<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The admin has the opportunity to cancel an open invitation subsequently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Requests-tab\">Requests tab<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>On the second tab, the requests tab, the admin can find all requests a licensed user has made for a project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The admin can approve or reject <em><strong>open <\/strong><\/em>requests. <em><strong>Approved <\/strong><\/em>requests can get rejected subsequently. <em><strong>Rejected <\/strong><\/em>requests can subsequently get approved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the case that the admin has open requests, he will find a notification dot.
