2.4

Released April 20, 2021.

This release is all about improving the developer experience. We included some underwater preparations to make the lives of our enterprise customers even better, but more on that in the coming releases.

Click + CTRL-F + Enter (as easy as 1,2,3)

So ACR pointed out that committing in a loop may not be wise in your situation. Awesome, let’s fix it. The violation tells you where the problem is in your model, but, for now, you have to fix it yourself. How do you get there with minimal hassle? We got your back😉. We added a copy button next to the violation. With a simple click, you copy the relevant information for finding the violation in the model so you can quickly search in Studio Pro.

Where is the allowlist?

It wasn’t intuitive how you could allowlist a specific violation. We added the possibility to allowlist a single violation directly from the option drop-down.

“They are more like guidelines than actual rules.”

  • We improved the rule Access rules in multi-tenant apps should lead to CurrentUser. It now accommodates additional settings. So where you first had XPath endsWith, you now can have that check and allow multiple XPath strings [abc][def] or boolean and-expressions [abc and def] or [def and abc].
  • We improved the rule Retrieves over the same association should be grouped together. We resolved the issue where ACR gave a false positive in the situation of inherited entities.

Fixes

  • We fixed an issue wherein some very unique instances reviewing a model could get ‘stuck.’

We hope you enjoy this new release as much as we enjoyed building it. Please let us know if you have any feedback. We greatly appreciate it.
