Removal of violation filter on author

We decided to remove the author filter in the violation menu. We’ve noticed that it wasn’t used very much and that it caused confusion. Our users thought that ACR would assign the violations to the person who created them. However, ACR designates the violations to the person who’s revision first introduces them to ACR. For example, If revision 100 contains changes that cause a violation, that revision isn’t reviewed in ACR. Then ACR will assign that violation to the next reviewed revision and the person whose name is on that revision.

Violation filter power-up

We are continuously improving our performance to make sure you have a great experience. In this release, we improved the violation filtering. What will you notice?

  • Faster handling of the violation filtering. Both from the dashboard and the violations menu.
  • It might take a few seconds longer to retrieve an already scanned revision.

Less onboarding screens

We love our product, and we want you to experience that as well. But there were a few screens between you and that experience. We removed some screens, so you experience our product quicker.
